Aerial Yoga

Aerial Yoga aids in exploring new perspectives and conquering your fears. Yoga hammocks offer similar effects to a deep tissue massage, as well as all the benefits of an inversion table. The silk hammock is a wonderful tool for decompressing the spine, draining the lymphatic system, and recirculating the blood throughout the body.

Yin Yoga

Comprised of long-held postures and progressive sequencing in order to move deeper into the fascia and connective tissue. The nature of this practice also presents ample opportunity to reflect and meditate on what's rising in the mind and body. This practice holds its roots in Tao Buddhism and draws heavily on their principles, as well as traditional eastern medicine.

Restorative Yoga

Utilizes various props such as bolsters, blocks, blankets, and straps to bring you into a deep state of relaxation. This practice is ideal for anyone recovering from major physical or emotional trauma, or for those seeking a meditative experience. Coupled with the healing power of sound therapy, one can truly begin to come back to a state of unity and wholeness.

Sound Therapy

Uses the power of vibration to realign and harmonize the chakras. Comprised of mantras and various world instruments such as singing bowls, hand drums, and Native American flutes, this process is best done in a live setting and promotes deep relaxation and meditation.

Power Yoga

For those seeking to strengthen their mind, body, and soul. This practice is the perfect balance of traditional yogic postures and body weight training. Great for athletes or anyone looking for a more active lifestyle. It is an ideal marriage of strength and flexibility.

Ashtanga Yoga

Also known as the eight limb path. This is a traditional practice rooted in Indian culture. Focused on building and maintaining the flow of prana (life force), it is also known as a moving meditation. Highly recommended for those already familiar with yogic postures, or who are physically active. If you are seeking a practice that promotes discipline, patience, and awareness, this is the perfect fit for you.
